Coming into our 5th year of involvement in Future Music Festival, the Parachute team managed the Site & Event Management in 3 of the 5 cities of the National Tour.
Coming from a very successful event in 2014, the Parachute team managed the Site and Event Infrastructure and Management on these 3 large festivals and each were a success once again.
Engaged by the Mushroom Group, as part of our engagement included:
– Designing the event sites (CAD Plans)
– Managing Procurement and keeping everything under budget
– Development of Event Management Plans & Traffic Management Plans
– Undertaking Stakeholder Meetings
– Working with Local and National stakeholders
– Crew engagement
– And much more
Unfortunately the Mushroom Group have discontinued the Future Music Festival due to a lack of ticket sales. It should be noted that all debts were paid, and all staff given their entitlements and great credit should go to The Mushroom Group for this.
It has been a great privilege over the years to be part of the Future Music Festival family.
